We want you and your kids to love McTwin. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Unopened jars
Under EU law, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an unopened jar for a full refund. Contact us at spread@mctwin.eu to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Opened jars
Because this is a food product, once a jar is opened we generally cannot accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a standard legal exemption for food items, not a store policy choice.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo. You're entitled to a replacement or full refund regardless of the above — this is a separate legal guarantee that always applies.

Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
