We ship within Spain and across the EU. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days; delivery takes 2-5 business days within Spain and 3-7 business days elsewhere in the EU. The 9-pack ships free.
If the jar is unopened, yes — you have 14 days from delivery under EU law. Since this is a food product, we generally can't accept opened jars back for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we'll make it right regardless.
